TITLE SAID PREMISES IS VESTED IN Gordon D. Staub and Charlotte M. Staub, h/w, as tenants of an estate by the entireties, of an undivided sixty percent interest and Michael Dale Staub and Catherine L. Staub, h/w, as tenants of an estate by the entireties, of an undivided forty (40%) percent interest, each undivided percentile interest to be owned and vested as joint tenants with right of survivorship, by Deed from Gordon D.
